Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Generate Express Service maintenance repair orders
• Determine and recommend maintenance needs based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Review and present the Express Multipoint vehicle inspection to the Customer
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle during their visit, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Provide an exceptional Customer service experience
