We’re seeking a Sub-Practice Director(Preparedness/Response)/Senior Resource Management Manager to play a key role in our Resilience and Emergency Management (REM) team. The candidate will support the strategic planning, recruitment, development, and management of resources across the Resilience and Emergency Management (REM) market. This role oversees the resource management function, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of personnel, and drives collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams to meet project delivery goals. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to inform resource strategy at a market level. Under general direction, this role provides strategic leadership and technical oversight within the Resilience and Emergency Management (REM) market. The Sr. Technical Manager II / Sub-Practice Director will manage resource planning, project delivery, and technical excellence across multiple programs. This position ensures quality services, optimal resource utilization, and profitability while driving innovation and resilience strategies for emergency preparedness and response.
