About The Position

We are in need of subcontractors to maintain foreclosed properties. The type of jobs that are needed to be completed are, but not limited to: Trash-outs Winterizations Lock Changes Initial Secure Snow Removals Grass Cuts Board-ups It would be helpful to have a background in HUD, Fannie Mae, REO and Freddie Mac guidelines. MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES! Subcontractors must also have: General Liability Insurance – Minimum 1,000,000 Tools – Digital Camera Laptop with wifi or hotspot / Net book - Capable of uploaded photos from the property. Truck or Van Locks Generator Compressor MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL 70+ MILES FROM MAILING ADDRESS, RELIABLE, HARDWORKING ENERGETIC SERIOUS DRIVEN AND READY TO GO Email name, phone number, and counties covered WITH 3 References
