About The Position
As Sub assembler, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH. You will complete assigned production activities according to ISO work instructions, setup workstation as needed, and complete visual inspections of both in-process and finished products. You will check in-process and finished parts using appropriate fixtures and gauges when required, report on any safety or quality issues to the appropriate personnel, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will cross train to learn multiple jobs within the department to ensure adequate coverage, understand the safe operation of all equipment, abide by all SBD policies and procedures, follow all SBD safety rules and regulations (i.e. wear required PPE for each workstation), identify concerns and provide insight into continuous improvement opportunities, and perform other related production duties as assigned by the Manager or designee.
