About The Position

The Sub-Assembly Inventory Coordinator position is an important role in our company because it acts as the liaison between Staging Manager, Supply Chain, and Production teams. This position is responsible for being the person on the ground to ensure our systems for sub-assembly inventory control are carefully followed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with inventory counting and management.
  • Basic math proficiency: ability to work with conversions, percentages, fractions, and convert units of measure.
  • Experience with Excel and ERP or other transactional systems for inventory control.
  • Fluency in English: reading, writing, speaking.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using the following equipment: hand truck / dolly, pallet jack, box cutter knife.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience in food industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations.
