Founded in 1936 and proudly 100% employee-owned, Harold Beck & Sons, Inc. (Beck Electric Actuators) engineers best-in-class electric actuators that deliver unrivaled precision and durability in demanding process environments. From power generation to water treatment, steel, pulp & paper, cement, and petrochemical plants worldwide, our innovative solutions and legendary direct-factory support keep critical operations running at peak performance. Headquartered in Newtown, PA, Beck continues to set the industry standard for control you can count on. Join our team as an experienced Sub-Assembler, specializing in the precision mechanical sub-assemblies that form the backbone of Beck’s ultra-reliable electric actuators. In this role, you’ll work independently from CAD drawings, blueprints, and written instructions to perform detailed mechanical assembly, precision fitting, alignment, and fastening of components. While primarily mechanical, you’ll also handle occasional electro-mechanical tasks such as basic wire processing and light soldering. Your expertise will ensure exacting quality standards, support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and help train and guide fellow assemblers—delivering robust assemblies that keep Beck actuators performing flawlessly in the world’s most demanding industrial environments.
