The Stylist is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, empathetic, and professional selling experience with all customers. Stylists are tasked with delivering 5-Star Customer Service, achieving sales goals and productivity by expertly following the 5-Step Selling Process, and performing duties related to store presentation and operations. The Stylist reports to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager and acts as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and critical success factors of the David’s Bridal brand.
