About The Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Hair Stylist at our Osceola County locations. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for washing, cutting, and styling our patients' hair in our Wellness Center. This position requires traveling to different locations: BVL Kissimmee and Poinciana. Requirements

Valid License to practice cosmetology in Florida.
1 year of experience as a Hair Stylist using clippers, scissors, and other hair styling tools.
Required languages: Spanish and English.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Maintains supplies by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing orders;
Prepares hair for styling by analyzing hair condition; shampooing and treating hair.
Plans desired effect by studying facial features; examining potential styles; conferring with customer; making recommendations.
Produces desired effect by arranging, shaping, cutting, and trimming hair.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains safe and healthy conditions by following organization standards and legal regulations.
Ensure that all patients are treated professionally and courteously.
Provide hair styling services to our patients in our Wellness Center.
Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.
Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
