We are currently seeking a Stylist to join our showroom in Pittsburgh. This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-growing, innovative retail environment. Requirements

2–3 years of customer service experience
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury environments
Experience working with CRM systems or Google Workspace tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization
Passionate about fashion, personal style, and client experience
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Entrepreneurial and motivated by performance
Confident in building relationships and networking
Comfortable using technology and digital tools
A strong communicator who listens well
Adaptable and eager to learn
A team player who takes initiative

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of men’s fashion or custom clothing is an asset

Responsibilities

Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client’s lifestyle, needs, and style goals
Advise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and wardrobe building
Take precise measurements and guide clients through the customization process
Conduct fittings and ensure garments meet Surmesur quality standards
Follow up with clients throughout the production process
Create memorable experiences that result in repeat business and referrals
Develop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups
Maintain a personal client book and drive repeat business
Identify wardrobe opportunities and recommend additional pieces when appropriate
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Deliver the Surmesur “Wow” experience with every interaction
Maintain an organized, professional, and visually inspiring showroom environment
Assist with visual merchandising updates and product presentation
Keep client records and order details updated in internal systems
Stay informed on new collections, fabrics, and company standards
Support team initiatives and daily showroom operations
