YOU WILL BE: The Stylist will be responsible for preparing and managing merchandise and sets for off-figure and still life product photography shoots for our e-commerce site. You will ensure that daily productivity targets are met or exceeded at the highest level of quality. This role will collaborate with other Stylists to deliver consistent, high quality imagery that aligns with company standards. The Stylist will be required to stay current on industry and consumer trends. You will anticipate and resolve day to day creative challenges . You will think strategically about innovation ideas and workflow improvements in order to increase productivity and quality.

Requirements

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, Fashion Design or related discipline (desired)
Familiarity with Saks.com vendors, both women’s and men’s
Ability to create fresh and innovative looks while maintaining brand standards and overall wearability
Technical styling skills and knowledge of appropriate garment fit across product categories
Experience with hard goods styling as asset
Minimum 2 years of experience within high-end retail fashion/e-commerce
Portfolio showcasing comprehensive styling experience and aesthetic
Ability to make decisions and work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively
Ability to work with and take direction from fellow stylists
Entry level, prior exposure to photo studio operations (internships or previous jobs) highly preferred but not required
Operating experience of Mac OS

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Stylists and studio management to produce consistent, high-quality product and fashion photography that aligns with brand standards and company goals
Prepare merchandise for photo shoot, ensuring all items are styled accurately and in accordance with established style guides.
Style both virtual and live models, maintaining visual consistency across all shoot formats.
Execute on-set styling tasks efficiency, supporting smooth production workflows and meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
Assist in maintaining set standards and visual consistency across styling teams by following direction and contributing to a cohesive shoot environment.
Proactively address creative challenges on set and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Stay informed on the fashion trends and industry knowledge to keep styling approaches fresh and aligned with current aesthetics.
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape to support relevant, market-aligned styling direction.
Meet daily throughput targets while ensuring high-quality styling execution.
