About The Position

The Stylist / Sales Associate – Blended is responsible for delivering a personalized, high‑touch shopping experience while driving sales performance and building lasting client relationships. This role operates within Blended, our curated retail concept, and combines styling expertise with a results‑driven sales mindset and a strong focus on customer service. This position is ideal for a fashion‑forward, motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and takes pride in creating memorable, elevated experiences for every client. Compensation for this role is hourly plus commission, providing the opportunity for performance‑based earnings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, styling, or customer‑facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized styling recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Drive individual sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross‑selling.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals, KPIs, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through strong relationships, follow‑ups, and repeat business.
  • Deliver an elevated, welcoming, and brand-aligned customer experience at all times.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including fit, fabrication, trends, and styling techniques.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm on the sales floor.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
  • Assist clients with fittings, alterations guidance, and full styling solutions.
  • Accurately process POS transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to cash‑handling procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, receiving, transfers, and maintaining back‑of‑house organization.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and loss‑prevention guidelines.
  • Track personal sales performance and contribute to team sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Support special events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives as needed.
