As an AllSaints Stylist, you will play a crucial role in connecting our products with our customers, ensuring they feel cool and confident in their outfits. Your primary responsibility will be to spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers, styling them in our latest collections, and providing an exceptional brand experience. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations, and personal shopping, which will enhance your skill set and career progression within the company. In addition to styling customers, you will maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that products are readily available and that floor sets and standards are upheld. Your role will involve stock replenishment, handling deliveries, and managing digital orders, all while utilizing our digital tools to support a positive customer journey. You will also be responsible for responding to first-line customer queries through our online customer service system, which may include emails, chats, and calls. Empowered to make service decisions, you will work to resolve customer issues while retaining their loyalty and trust. Your day will be fast-paced and varied, requiring you to greet customers, tailor your approach to their needs, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Collaboration with your management team will be essential as you support the store in reaching its targets and ensuring that the store looks fabulous at all times. You will also work closely with the specialist customer experience team leaders, receiving coaching on service delivery and ensuring that more complex customer queries are escalated promptly.
