About The Position
The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Lifts, Brow Tinting, Full Facial Threading, and more. We are proud to create an inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and well-being of our guests’ beauty requests. We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and/or training and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! Willing to engage in marketing/sales for the salon as well as promoting yourself to build your book of business. Willingness to engage in sales activities and accept sales training. The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Finessed over decades with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business.
Requirements
- Active Nevada State Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- Customer service focused; Build relationships with your clients
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic/accepts coaching and new concepts
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Nights and weekends required; FLEXIBLE schedule to start
