About The Position
Austin Cost Cutters is seeking both experienced and new stylists/barbers to join our team in Leander, TX. We pride ourselves on creating a positive and respectful work environment where stylists can thrive and grow. Our salons are full-service, catering to the entire family with a range of services including haircuts, blow-outs, colors, and waxing. We believe that happy stylists lead to happy clients, which is why we prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our team members. As a stylist/barber at Austin CC, you will have the opportunity to earn between $23 and $43 per hour, which includes tips, commissions, and bonuses. Tips are paid daily, and you keep all of your tips. We offer a $1000 hiring bonus that is paid out after six months of employment. Our flexible scheduling allows you to maintain a healthy work/life balance, and we encourage creative freedom in your work. We provide ongoing training to keep you updated on new trending styles, color techniques, and clipper work. Our relaxed dress code allows you to express your personal style while working. We also ensure that you can make it home for dinner, as our salons close at 6 PM. There is ample room for growth within the company, with opportunities to move into management or become a trainer/educator. New graduates will receive a professional tool kit and personalized one-on-one training from our National Design Team Certified trainers, who will mentor you until you feel confident working independently.
