About The Position
The Style Advisor is responsible for promoting the selling culture in the store, driving business through building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team. This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position. You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week. This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits. This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
