About The Position

Food Production - Stuffer Opr PR02 - Full-Time Starting pay: $18.45/HR This position is responsible for operating machinery includes ongoing production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: Team Members with 4 attendance points or more (2 points or more under probation) will not be considered.
• You must not have received a written warning within the last 12 months.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 10lbs continuously
• Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift with arms above shoulder level up to 65lbs.
• Must be willing and able to visually inspect product for any deficiencies
• Must be willing and able to perform repetitive movements
• Must be willing and able to reach high and low levels, frequently.
• Must be willing and able to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
• Must be willing and able to climb step ladders and or stairs.
• Must be willing and able to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day.
• Must be willing and able to repetitively grip, push and pull.
• Must be willing and able to work in cold and damp environment.

Responsibilities

• Required to operate touch illustrated operating panel, safety, and switches
• Load and unload clips and loops used to seal off ends of links
• Hang pepperoni stick
• Transfer fully loaded rack on rail system
• Small mechanical adjustments
• Must be able to load casing to maintain process going on a continuous basis.
• Required to set up and tear down area at the beginning and end of processing.
• Must perform all positions of rotation, if applicable.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
• Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements.
• Lock out Training is required.
• May use SAP if transferred /rotated.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Perform any other work as assigned by supervisor.
