We are currently seeking a Study Participant Recruiter to join our diverse and dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing recruitment activities for clinical trials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, public health, or healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with ICH GCP and FDA Regulations.
  • Science or medical knowledge is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or clinical research preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work on their own initiative under tight timelines.
  • Positive attitude with an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential study participants from various sources, including databases, community outreach, and social media.
  • Screening and assessing potential participants for eligibility based on study criteria and medical history.
  • Providing information about clinical trial participation to potential participants and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborating with study coordinators and investigators to ensure timely enrollment of participants and adherence to recruitment targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of participant recruitment activities and communicating regularly with study teams regarding recruitment progress.
