The Study Implementation Coordinator is an integral contributor to the success of the eCOA & eLearning Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting WCG eCOA and LMS solutions to drive major advances in clinical research by maintaining quality standards of Team deliverables, implementing protocol amendments and study design modifications, and ensuring timeliness of project delivery. The Study Implementation Coordinator also assists in updating team documentation and reference materials in alignment with eCOA and LMS product development trajectory. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. The role involves updating eCOA and LMS study specifications due to protocol amendments, implementing updates, performing system testing, and completing peer review verification of final study setups to ensure deliverables meet WCG quality standards. Additionally, the coordinator will contribute to eCOA delivery excellence by developing new Jira task templates and tracking study delivery tasks and milestones in Jira for the lifecycle of the study.
