The Study Away Administrator for Global Programs position works out of the Office of Global Programs (OGP) New York office and contributes to the vision of OGP by providing a high level of student services for matriculated and non-matriculated students engaged in NYU's Global network. This role is responsible for but not limited to engaging students to study abroad by providing them with academic, career, financial aid, cultural awareness, travel planning, and personal advisement; representing and marketing NYU Global Programs to potential students at on-campus and off-campus events; cultivating relationships with students, Profiles, and college advisors to encourage a positive response and interest through participation at an NYU global academic center or campus; reviewing and evaluating students' interest, supporting the University’s emergency response protocol, and contributing as part of the University Life & Global Programs team. This position has a flexible work schedule with prior review and approval by its supervisor based on organizational needs, including in-office and at-home work.
