About The Position

Responsible for the application, evaluation, removal and setting of test products in Hair Care, Styling and/or Hair Color. Responsible to communicate product performance details in areas such as aesthetics, and tangible results. Responsible for following instructions and protocols for products and procedures while capturing data in our internal database. Responsible for general salon housekeeping as well as stock inventory and storage. Responsible to competently evaluate 7 models daily.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Cosmetology License for 3 years
• Working knowledge of technical salon services.
• 3+ years salon experience
• 1+ years of evaluation experience
• Basic knowledge of MSOffice and Internet navigation
• Communication - Written, Oral
• Interpersonal and organizational competencies
• Ability to analyze product performance
• Basic level in Communication, organization, computer.
• Intermediate level in Quality Evaluation, Multitasking, and Team Player
• Able to carry out directives, department procedures and protocols with supervision
• The ability to function as part of a team
• Professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Prep, apply, evaluate, rinse, dry models.
• Data input
• Maintain accurate model profiles.
• General salon housekeeping
• Restocking/inventory upkeep
• Assist with special projects or events being held in Technical Studio.
