PLI is searching for a multimedia professional to fill the role of Studio Technician (On-Call) (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Requirements

1-3 years of production experience in entertainment, web, broadcast or cable television required.
Proficiency is necessary in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Production Suite
Must have experience in corporate events.
Must be able to work responsibly on own, but also to interact professionally with a wide range of internal clients.
Must display a willingness to juggle multiple projects and calmly meet challenging deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production is a plus.
Switcher Experience a plus.
Audio experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Camera Operation:
Set up and operate a variety of cameras to capture high-quality footage.
Adjust camera settings such as exposure, focus, and composition to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Technical director:
Switch between camera feeds, graphics, and other video inputs to create a polished and professional production.
Audio Technician:
Monitor and adjust audio levels to maintain clear and balanced sound quality.
Ensure to place lavalier on speaker correctly.
Maintain effective and professional relationships within the Multimedia department and through the organization.
Teleprompter knowledge
Communicate effectively with Multimedia management.
Post-Production editing
Maintain and organize studio equipment.
Perform routine equipment checks and assist in equipment setup and breakdown.
Other duties, as assigned.
