Studio Team Leader for Waxing the City
About The Position
At Waxing the City of Huntersville, our highly trained and licensed estheticians are waxing experts. Our CEROLOGISTS (our trademarked title for a licensed esthetician/waxer) are beauty and skin professionals who build strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and developing expert skills. We have brought to market proprietary wax formulations and treatment processes, and we provide our estheticians with continuing education, training, and professional development. We are looking for an experienced professional to become a Team Leader at our upcoming Greenville, SC Waxing the City location. Our estheticians are responsible for delivering service that meets all established protocols around customer satisfaction and customer safety. The role will require you to have a flexible schedule allowing you to work some nights and weekends. We start our Team Leader at $14.25 per hour, plus commission and tips. Requirements
- Current SC state esthetician license
- At least two years of experience required
- Passion for waxing and the beauty/skincare industry
- Desire to make meaningful customer connections
- Ability to project a professional image
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends
- Interest in staying current on the most up-to-date service delivery processes and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to learn new techniques and procedures
Responsibilities
- Delivering waxing and skin care treatment that complies with all industry standards including safety standards and health protocol
- Be an aspiring skin care expert
- Always operating in a professional manner
- Recommending incremental services that promote skincare and enhance our customers' experience
- Advise customers on products that will augment their post-treatment results
- Performing necessary post-treatment customer follow-up
- Creating and managing a bookings calendar that optimizes revenue and appointments
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
