About The Position

We’re looking for a relationship-driven, people-loving professional to lead membership sales and client experience inside a fast-growing, high-energy, women-led dance fitness studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, guiding decisions, and turning first-time visitors into long-term community members. This is not a typical “sales job.” You’ll play a key role in driving studio growth and shaping the client experience from first interaction to long-term membership. In this role, you will: Build trust quickly with new and prospective clients through authentic, relationship-driven conversations Own the client journey from first inquiry to committed member Guide decisions with confidence, helping people choose the right membership for their goals Manage and move leads through the pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up Create a high-energy, welcoming environment that keeps clients coming back If you’ve thrived in roles like real estate, hospitality, wellness, recruiting, or client services — you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture warm leads across phone, text, email, social, and in-person conversations
  • Confidently guide prospects to the right membership using trust-based, consultative sales
  • Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals
  • Own and manage the CRM pipeline, ensuring no lead is left behind
  • Serve as the face of the studio during check-ins, events, and peak class times
  • Create a welcoming, high-energy environment where every client feels seen and valued
  • Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members
  • Represent the brand at local events, pop-ups, and community activations
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Support social media and grassroots marketing efforts to drive awareness and leads
  • Help maintain organized systems and smooth day-to-day studio operations
  • Collaborate with leadership and instructors to deliver seamless, high-quality experience
  • Communicate wins, challenges, and opportunities to support overall business growth
