The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a small team (1–2 people).
  • Background in retail sales (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A true passion for health, wellness, and leading others to success.
  • As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

  • Start the day by opening the studio and creating a clean, welcoming space.
  • Greet members with warmth and energy, making sure each visit feels personal.
  • Lead and coach a small but motivated team, helping them grow and succeed.
  • Drive membership sales by showing members the life-changing value of our stretch method.
  • Track studio performance with KPIs and celebrate wins along the way.
  • Jump in when needed to problem-solve, support your team, and ensure every member leaves smiling.
  • Build a culture of fun, accountability, and excellence where people love to work—and love to visit.
