About The Position

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. We Offer No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules Great working environment! Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
