About The Position
The Studio Photographer will take direction from our Senior Photographer and is responsible for shooting high-quality digital photography for Moda Operandi. This role involves working in the studio alongside stylists to capture digital images of products, ensuring that all products are lit correctly, efficiently, and creatively, following brand guidelines. The Studio Photographer will produce consistently high-quality and beautiful images, ensuring accurate and correct exposure and color, while performing quality assurance on all images. Additional responsibilities include preparing sets, checking that all equipment is functioning, and setting up appropriate lighting as per our guidelines. The role also involves naming and maintaining digital asset files, accurately adding talent, set, and location information in Creative Force, cropping and processing all images while maintaining file size specifications, and accurately archiving daily backups on the Mac in the EQ room. The Studio Photographer will take responsibility for the care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies.
