The STUDIO PERFORMANCE COACH (G.O.L.D.) is responsible for delivering group classes to our members with qualifying memberships and guests taking classes. The G.O.L.D. format provides members the opportunity to engage in 4 programs that focus on a variety of fitness goals. The 4 programs are: 1) GAINS which focuses on building strength and muscle; 2) O2 which focuses on developing aerobic power; 3) LIVE focused on training real-world athleticism and resilience; and 4) DRIVE focuses on power and speed for intensity and competitiveness.
