About The Position

The Studio Partner at We Whiten is responsible for independently managing the operations of a studio, driving business growth, and enhancing client experiences through exceptional sales and customer service. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, focusing on converting clients into repeat customers and achieving performance goals without the need for team leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a service or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a set schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with financing options.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, such as car sales, door-to-door sales, or commission-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of We Whiten services and products, consistently exceeding performance goals and enhancing the client experience.
• Convert first-time clients into loyal customers by promoting memberships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
• Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist at the studio, providing professional teeth whitening services.
• Oversee operational tasks such as inventory management, ordering, and client feedback.
• Address guest concerns proactively and manage any scheduling issues.
• Deliver exceptional service while educating clients on We Whiten's teeth whitening products and services.
• Promote memberships and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Suggest at-home products tailored to individual needs.
• Grow product sales and engage new clients through lead outreach efforts.
• Take full ownership of the studio's performance and enjoy the benefits of entrepreneurial success.
• Track and monitor personal KPIs, working diligently to meet or exceed them.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks related to inventory and payroll.
• Manage scheduling and maintain availability for client appointments in the studio.
