About The Position
The Studio Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth operations across Orangetheory Fitness studios. Their mission is operational excellence to ensure top quality and production in the studios they oversee. This includes handling all equipment, technology, and facility issues. This position requires the ability to develop strong relationships with outside vendors, create internal processes that can be replicated across the entire company, and stay within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to ensure studio operations run efficiently. This role will report directly to the Director of Facilities. This position is on-site to various studios within the designated areas assigned to the Studio Operations Coordinator.
