Studio+ Marketing and Customer Experience - Manager- (Creative Lead) Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Creative Leader to lead the creative vision and execution for one of our largest southern California clients. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital experience, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at inspiring bold creative ideas and rolling up their sleeves to mentor talent and guide execution. This leader will shape and deliver integrated campaigns, creative assets, websites, design systems, and marketing activations spanning social, digital, and customer communications. They will help grow our West Coast marketing practice while ensuring world-class creative delivery tailored to the complexities of a regulated industry.
