Requirements

  • Paid experience managing 1–2 team members
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity)
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio
  • Drive membership growth
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready for members
  • Greet members by name and check them in
  • Coach up to five Sales Associates
  • Check the schedule and answer phones
  • Follow up on missed appointments
  • Support the team in meeting membership sales goals
  • Track performance metrics and review KPIs
  • Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism
