About The Position

As a Studio Manager at Lucid Motors, you will lead a sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets. This role involves coaching, developing, and motivating the team, ensuring they are well-versed in Lucid's products and the automotive industry. You will oversee studio operations, manage customer interactions, and drive business health through data analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality.
  • Automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading a team of sales-focused professionals to achieve targets.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and holding the team accountable to KPIs.
  • Extensive experience leading a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in English, with a secondary language skill set being a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and retail business systems.
  • Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year and ability to obtain DMV Salesperson License.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and maintaining an active presence in customer-facing locations.
  • Train and develop the team on sales, financing, and delivery processes.
  • Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies.
  • Set individual goals for the team to build pipeline and create owners to reach studio goals.
  • Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the respective location.
  • Provide targeted coaching and skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer-focused team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure a seamless experience for customers and the Lucid community.
  • Develop inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams through efficient processes and teaching moments.
  • Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and track results for timely execution.
  • Demonstrate confidence in operations and planning, including developing monthly sales attainment plans.
  • Manage leads, appointments, and reservations while motivating the team to deliver results.
  • Ensure all employees provide best-in-class customer experiences in every interaction.
  • Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns.
  • Act as a Senior Sales Advisor for high-potential customers.
  • Own the operations within the studio to ensure a frictionless customer journey from reservation to delivery.
  • Supervise merchandising product inventory and display.
  • Manage and coordinate studio team scheduling.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to brand standards.
