About The Position

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a passionate, organized, and visionary Studio Manager to lead the artistic and educational side of our dance program at Classic Image Dance in Chandler, AZ. This position will be a full-time, in-person role at our studio and most work will occur Monday-Friday based on afternoon/evening teaching hours and coordinating daytime administrative hours. Additional required studio events and meetings will take place outside of these hours, and some weeks throughout the year will require 40-45+ hours for success in the role. Schedule flexibility and a teamwork mentality is a must. Compensation for this role will be in the range of $45,000-50,000 per year. This role oversees classroom instruction, curriculum development, competition teams, performing companies, and studio productions while supporting and developing the teaching staff. The Studio Manager ensures artistic excellence across all programs and works closely with the General Manager to support studio growth, culture, and student retention. This position blends creative leadership, teaching, team management, and operational oversight. The Studio Manager will also contribute directly to the classroom through teaching and choreography while serving as the creative force behind shows and productions.
