The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, infrastructure, and technical readiness of the production facility. This role ensures the studio operates as a world-class creative environment—built on scalable systems, operational rigor, and best-in-class equipment standards. Reporting into Production leadership, the Studio Manager will establish and maintain the processes, workflows, and tracking systems that enable efficient, high-volume production across photo, video, and live-stream content. This individual plays a critical role in safeguarding the studio’s technical assets while supporting seamless shoot execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operational expert who combines deep technical fluency with process-driven thinking. The ideal candidate thrives in building systems from the ground up, understands the maintenance and lifecycle of high-end production equipment, and is comfortable supporting on-set logistics when required.
