About The Position

At Stretch Zone, your health is our top priority. As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• Greeting members by name, checking them in, and making sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• Supporting the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
• Resolving member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
