About The Position

Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 56 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!

We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Manager for our Wells Road Studio.

Fully flexible contract offering a minimum 25 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekend flexibility required for this role.

Requirements

• At least 1 year management experience
• At least 2 year sales/customer facing experience
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
• A vibrant personality, looking to take on new challenges
• English at GCSE level or equivalent qualifications/demonstratable skills
• Experience working towards own and store KPI's - demonstratable by previous roles/education
• Able to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management

Nice To Haves

• Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment
• Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous Managerial experience
• Retail and Hospitality Management NVQ
