About The Position

At Stretch Zone, your health is our top priority. As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
Ability to follow sales scripts in the sales process.

Nice To Haves

A minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations
Drive membership growth
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Open the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
Greet members by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
Track performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals.
Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
