Requirements

  • Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
  • Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • Drive membership growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
  • Greet members by name and check them in.
  • Coach up to five Sales Associates.
  • Track performance metrics and review KPIs.
  • Support the team in meeting membership sales goals.
  • Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism.
