About The Position

The Studio Manager at BODY20 is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales, and staff development in a fast-growing fitness studio. This position focuses on achieving profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service and brand consistency. The Studio Manager will work closely with the Franchisee to drive performance metrics and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annually.
• Experience in membership-based wellness/fitness studios.
• Comfortable with organic lead generation for potential membership.
• Business knowledge focused on driving bottom line revenue through membership sales and retention.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build member relationships and optimize retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and sales performance of the studio.
• Provide leadership and support for the ongoing development and training of the Sales Team and Coaches.
• Achieve performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, and cost controls.
• Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars as directed.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget.
• Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings with Sales Associates and Coaches.
• Ensure adherence to front desk procedures including member check-in and customer care calls.
• Plan and promote monthly special events for the studio.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational soundness of the facility.
• Responsible for hiring and training new employees.
