About The Position
The Manager of Studio at KB Home is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Studio, ensuring that all activities are geared towards profitability and efficiency. This role involves managing employee staffing, conducting audits of files, generating reports, and collaborating with trade partners to maintain accurate product information. The Manager will work closely with internal departments to stay updated on current floor plans, specifications, and builder-included items. Additionally, the Manager will liaise with the Corporate Studio to implement current promotions and incentives for both buyers and studio employees. In this position, the Manager will design and implement procedures that enhance performance in accordance with corporate and division policies. They will drive the Studio sales process to meet volume and operating margin goals, conduct interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and evaluate employee performance while ensuring the completion of necessary training. Creating a positive and motivating work environment is essential to promote sales performance and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. The Manager will reinforce customer satisfaction initiatives and standards with studio consultants, resolve elevated customer service issues promptly, and ensure regular communication with prospects and existing customers. They will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and studio employees to ensure accurate reflection of options in the system and assist with volume improvements, including pricing and availability per plan. Regular audits of KB Home's customized database and current plans will be conducted to ensure accuracy and availability, with discrepancies communicated to the appropriate departments. The Manager will also prepare and submit daily reports to upper management, manage rollout meetings, and provide product information and implementation strategies to the Studio team.
