About The Position

The Studio Manager at Lucid Motors is responsible for leading and managing a sales team within a Lucid Sales Studio. This role focuses on coaching, developing, and supporting the team to effectively articulate and deliver the Lucid brand and ownership experience. The Studio Manager will work closely with the Market Leader to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless customer journey from reservation to delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality.
  • Automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
  • Experience leading a team of sales-focused professionals to achieve targets.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and holding the team accountable to KPIs.
  • Extensive experience leading a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
  • Proficient in English; secondary language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and retail business systems.
  • Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and maintaining an active presence in customer-facing locations.
  • Train and develop the team on sales, financing, and delivery processes.
  • Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies.
  • Set individual goals for the team to build pipeline and create owners to reach studio goals.
  • Ensure team fluency in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the location.
  • Provide targeted coaching and skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing customer-focused team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Develop inclusive, diverse, and high-performing teams through efficient processes and teaching moments.
  • Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and track results.
  • Manage leads, appointments, and reservations while motivating the team to deliver results.
  • Ensure all employees provide a best-in-class experience in every interaction.
  • Empower employees to handle challenging customer concerns in the customers' best interest.
  • Act as a Senior Sales Advisor for high-potential customers.
  • Own the operations within the studio to ensure a frictionless customer journey.
  • Supervise merchandising product inventory and display.
  • Manage and coordinate studio team scheduling.
  • Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to brand standards.
