  • Manage and develop a team of 3-10 Coaches, conducting live evaluations to enhance performance.
  • Contribute to studio leadership by managing KPIs and achieving growth targets in sales and membership.
  • Design training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of Fitness Coaches.
  • Optimize the studio's class schedule to maximize attendance and class size.
  • Conduct studio tours and membership sales presentations, actively contributing to sales targets.
  • Handle coach substitution requests and ensure smooth operations during classes.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and educational presentations to stay updated on fitness trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and execute studio events to enhance community presence.
  • Address and resolve member concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and group workouts or personal training.
  • Current CPR and AED certification required.
  • Completion of brand's Coaches Certification Training before hiring.
  • Experience with on-microphone teaching preferred.
  • NCAA accredited fitness certifications such as ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NSCA, PTAG, CI.
