About the position

The Studio Manager manages and leads the operation and staff of a portrait studio in a host environment. As a Studio Manager, you will provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience. You will follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography. Additionally, you will manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members, being accountable for the studio's ability to achieve results such as sales average and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
  • Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel)
