Responsibilities

• Grow the studio by hitting sales, retention, and membership goals.
• Lead and motivate your team of Stretch Practitioners and Sales Associates with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide daily coaching, training, and feedback to build sales confidence and client experience skills.
• Manage operations: scheduling, staffing, and resolving client or employee issues as they arise.
• Monitor KPIs (demos, shows, closes, utilization, retention) and adjust strategies to hit targets.
• Partner with ownership on marketing, community outreach, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Step in where needed — whether handling a client issue, running a demo, or reinforcing sales conversations.
