About The Position

The Studio Lead works closely with the Studio General Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in helping to motivate and support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are leaving feeling better than when they arrived. We are looking for a positive, confident, results-oriented team member who loves to connect with people to join the Leadership Team as Full Time Studio Lead. This role has the potential growth track to Assistant Studio Manager within 6 months of successful record in the Studio Lead role. The ideal candidate will be able primarily evening and weekend shifts, 34 - 40 hours per week Thursday -Sunday. Evening shifts are scheduled 12:00pm - 8:30pm. Weekend shifts 730am - 5:30pm. Please note that both evenings and weekends are required for this position.
