About The Position

Smashbox Studios is known throughout the industry as a hub for world-class photographers and directors to shoot important content for major magazines, ad campaigns, music & entertainment projects and brand visuals. We are looking for a Studio Equipment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-end client experience across all productions by collaborating with Bookings and cross-functional teams to manage customer service, equipment, logistics, estimates, and communications.
• Respond to client inquiries, create estimates, source equipment, and manage all outgoing and incoming orders with rigorous attention to detail.
• Oversee the functionality, organization, and presentation of all studio and equipment areas while managing supplies, budgets, expenses, and accounts payable.
• Train and lead equipment staff on testing, packing, and prep protocols while providing clients with technical support for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain the cyc wall and uphold overall studio presentation standards.
• Communicate with clients and team members in a responsive, professional manner across phone, email, and text.
