Be fit. Change lives. Have fun. This is a new position for this studio! We are looking for an OTF coach or Head Coach that wants to be in charge on both sides of the glass, Sales and Fitness. Do you have a zest for life and for fitness? For changing lives and managing a team? For being in charge of the big picture as well as tiny details? We're looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will connect with everyone who enters the studio - members, employees, vendors, visitors - and make time for them. Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. Who likes to stay fit and to have fun. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they're recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.
