About The Position

Body Fit Training (BFT) The Grove is a community-driven, science-backed group fitness studio focused on helping members feel stronger, more confident, and supported at every stage of their fitness journey. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium, welcoming experience the moment someone walks through our doors. The Studio Concierge is the first and last point of contact for members and guests. This role is centered on hospitality, connection, and creating an exceptional studio experience — not sales . The ideal candidate is warm, personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. While this role does not include direct sales responsibilities, the Studio Concierge plays a key role in building relationships and seamlessly passing interested prospects to the Studio Manager and/or Head Coach for next steps.

  • Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy studio environment
  • Ensure every guest feels seen, supported, and excited to be at BFT
  • Check in with members after class to ensure they had a fantastic experience
  • Engage in genuine, friendly conversations with prospective members
  • Conduct studio tours for first-time visitors and guests
  • Introduce prospects to coaches and studio leadership
  • Effectively “volley” interested prospects to the Studio Manager and/or Head Coach
  • Set up and assist with heart rate monitors
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
  • Wash, fold, and restock towels throughout shifts
  • Ensure lobby, workout space, and common areas are clean, inviting, and well-stocked
  • Communicate guest feedback and observations to coaches and management
  • Support coaches during busy class times as needed
  • Uphold BFT brand standards and studio culture at all times
