As a Studio Associate, you will be a key part of building the Lucid brand, which is centered on sustainability and the human experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions. We are looking for a motivated, engaging, and quick learner with a desire to provide memorable customer experiences. Success in this role requires incredible communication and conversational skills, with the ability to recognize subtle social cues. You will also support the studio team with various tasks, consistently promoting the brand and facilitating the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Conscientious, responsible and reliable.
  • Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
  • Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Completed, or working towards, Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid
  • Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner
  • Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products
  • Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.
  • Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline through disciplined practices.
  • Utilize Salesforce as CRM tool to track and manage customer interactions with consistent and timely engagement
  • Conduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest ensuring an exceptional experience while driving Lucid vehicles.
  • Take initiative to understand competitor models and packages in order to educate customer on why Lucid
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Lucid products and being a member of the Lucid community
  • Gauge guests' requirements and interests to deliver a personalized and relevant interaction
  • Be responsible for lead capture and progression of guests through initial part of the Lucid journey
  • Manage and overcome customer challenges in a cordial and calm manner
  • Ensure all studio assets are presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand image
  • Keep a keen eye on any pain points or bottlenecks observed during daily studio operations, think creatively and offer improvement suggestions
  • Remain available for ad-hoc activities to improve studio operations and customer experiences
  • Support local marketing initiatives and events to build brand awareness
  • Maintain a continuing desire to learn and develop to progress your career with Lucid Motors
  • Assist with daily operations as needed
