About The Position

The Student X-Ray Technologist will perform various exams and other functions under the supervision of a staff registered technologist. Responsibilities include conducting radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in-department, as well as portable radiographic procedures in the Emergency Room and Inpatient setting. The role also involves performing imaging associated with surgical, endoscopic, and tomographic procedures as needed, and conducting quality assurance tasks on equipment. The technologist will provide high-quality patient care with safety for both patients and healers in mind, demonstrating an understanding of the principles of radiologic technology and appropriate techniques for safe patient imaging.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in good standing in a Radiologic Technology program accredited by the ARRT
• No prior experience required
